  • Building Introductory Knowledge

    I developed this learning initiative to provide introductory knowledge for new autonomous vehicle drivers, eventually leading to a full training program and certification.

  • Overcoming Sales Objections

    I built this self-directed mobile workshop to provide salespeople with the skills to better navigate and overcome closing obstacles. It includes a variety of mobile-friendly tools to encourage engagement.

  • Training the Trainers

    I built a learning program from trainers at Sprint to improve their ADDIE understanding and skills, which resulted in higher-level training sessions for the organization as a whole.

  • Improving Site Launches

    I created this full-scale launch program from scratch to improve the start of new autonomous vehicle sites around the country. This program resulted in a $30k reduction in launch costs with each new site.

  • Solving a Knowledge Gap

    I resolved critical safety gaps around differing knowledge bases for staff by producing a comprehensive learning foundation, including video tutorials, documents, newsletters, and training materials.

  • Measuring Change Adoption

    I created a custom behavior tracking system and communication plan in response to an updated sales and service model for retail sites, increasing adoption by 28% across the Midwest.
