Leader maker.
Results champion.
Learning advocate.
Want to know more about my learning, leadership, and growth experience?
These beliefs drive my leadership:
01 — A rising tide lifts all ships.
This isn’t just lip service to me. I believe in my core that growth must happen together. A business grows when its team members grow, and that includes everyone.
I consistently create programs that decrease attrition, increase employee happiness, grow individual earnings, and boost business revenue. There’s no separating these efforts, so every one of my organizational and learning strategies cover them all. And I track the outcomes — because growing your people doesn’t just feel right, it drives the metrics that matter.
02 — Growth is a lifelong endeavor.
I walk the walk when it comes to learning and development. I have 15 years of experience in the field — as a leading sales consultant, a sales manager, a learning and development leader, and a director of training. With each role, I pull out lessons and insights that enhance my leadership.
On top of that, I go to the experts to grow. I am a member of the Association for Talent Development, and throught it, I am a Certified Professional in Talent Development. I am also a Prosci Certified Change Practitioner and an Insight Discovery Practitioner.
03 — Connection beats competition.
There’s a place for healthy competition in business: pushing past your personal goals, creating a better product than others in the industry, or out-earning your yearly financial objectives. This type of competition drives growth, no doubt.
When it comes to teams, however, connection beats all that. Teams do better when they win together, and real connection comes from support, curiosity, and acceptance. These values drive my learning and development strategies.
04 — Every business needs a boost.
No system is untouchable. I have worked at small businesses that were scaling quickly and at international corporations that were at the top of their field. No matter where a business falls on that spectrum, there’s room for growth.
I can take a learning system that exists and make it better. I can build something from scratch. I can audit an ecosystem and identify which holes need filling. And I love it all.
